Hi Mark,

I wanted to drop you a note and let you know "how it went"...the video was heart stopping. I gave Tom his copy on Sunday AM and showed it to my children and Larry so we could have the older kids take care of the younger ones later in the evening... Clearly, something of traditional "wedding video" quality was expected because the reaction was stunned silence, and of course, a few tears.

Among the funny moments before it was presented ...

Tom called me later in the day and when I answered "Hello" all he said was "Wow. Wow. Can you tell from how congested I am, that I just watched the video?"

People arrived at my house at about 5:30 on Christmas Eve. Larry doled out the annual egg nog, and then went down (nog in hand) to the guest house where this was to be shown, to "cue it up" , start a fire, and arrange seating. About a half hour later he returned, and said to me "can I see you for a minute?" we stepped away from the crowd and he said "I was down getting everything ready, and (snif) I decided to watch a few minutes (snif) and I have to tell ya, it doesn't get any easier to watch after a couple of drinks (sniff sniff)" So after consoling Larry, we proceded down to the guest house.

Mark, I can only tell you that the reaction was like above, stunned silence. My father took my hand halfway through and said "nobody has done something like this for me, ever, in my life. I only wish my mother was here to see it". I said "I don't want to ever say that about you". He was a little taken aback at first, but just smiled and occasionally welled up through the rest, particularly over the children's birth photos. Over the course of the evening, he would suddenly say "I can't believe you did that. It means more to me than anything I've ever received".

So Mark, thank you. I will do whatever you think I can to make sure people know how momentous was this product, and the fact that it was your "touch" that made it happen.

Happy New Year,
Susan Bonifant
